CALIFORNIA COFFEE 

Valley Heart Ranch produces 4 different varietals of organic coffee:

  • Catauai Rojo

  • Pacas

  • Geisha

  • Caturra

All of these varietals have their own unique physical qualities as well as taste subtleties.  

 

TORO CANYON AVOCADOS

Toro Canyon Avocados are premium organic hass avocados.  Toro Canyon Avocados are the last avocados harvested at the end of the California avocado season.  Valley Heart Ranch is committed to harvesting avocados only once they have reached full maturity and achieved a peak oil content.  The end results are extremely rich in flavor, creamy, and smooth avocados.

ORGANIC EGGS

Farm fresh eggs produced from happy chickens. These eggs taste notably better than the standard eggs found it supermarkets. Don’t be scared away by the naturally inconsistent coloring of the outer shells; the insides contain dark yellow yolks making for egg dishes that have a rich creamy, buttery texture.

In addition to over 3,000 Coffee Plants, Valley Heart Ranch produces a variety of different fruit varietals including: blackberries, peaches, apples, mariposa plum, lemons, limes, oranges, and kumquats.
